when it's too hot to cook

and your house is cooler outside
than it is inside,



smoothies and popcorn sure fit the bill.


We zipped up some fresh strawberries, canned pinapple, including juice, some milk (we used almond), and ice. We've done this before without the stawberries and added a little bit of coconut extract for a pina colada effect.

Super yum and so refreshing on a hot day like today.



Popcorn for dinner you say? Well, we found it a nice, light change of pace to have this be the star of the show. It tasted and smelled so good- just like movie theater popcorn-tossed with a little bit of melted coconut oil and a sprinkling of Real Salt. Especially nice when everyone was starving and just not in the mood for a heavy meal.

    Are you really running six miles daily? how are your knees and hips holding up?
